We are hiring a Quality Engineer for a new position at our roller-shutter site in Eurre (26), near Crest and Valence.

Your role

Reporting to the Site Manager, you are a key player in our quality approach. You work on the shop floor to structure, improve and embed quality standards.

Your main responsibilities:

• Manage internal and external non-conformities (including after-sales)
• Drive corrective and preventive actions
• Check product compliance at every manufacturing stage
• Implement and monitor clear, shared quality indicators
• Support operators in applying quality standards
• Contribute to continuous improvement of production processes
• Act as a quality liaison with suppliers

• Work closely with production, after-sales and technical teams

Profile we’re looking for

You tick several of the following boxes:

• A two-year higher education diploma (Bac+2) in quality, manufacturing or mechanical engineering
• At least 3 years’ experience in industry in a similar role
• Proficiency in quality tools: Ishikawa, 5S, FMEA, 5 Whys, 8D
• Knowledge of Excel, Sage 100 and basics of ISO 9001
• Known for your rigour, analytical skills and interpersonal skills
